Nope.
The way I see it.. kids don't need to wear shoes before they are walking. Plus, they shouldn't really wear shoes when they are first starting out either. If they were walking outside or in public, it would be totally different but it's winter here and there is no reason for them to be walking outside of the house. So we've saved our money till it was really necessary and that time has come.
The main motivator was the fact that it's freezing cold outside and both girls have decided that they do not like to keep socks on...ever. Not even for a second. It was getting ridiculous putting 4 socks back on constantly while we were out and about running errands.

And now she is whining because she feels as if she can't walk anywhere, so she just stays in one place and whines.
Samantha walked around for a bit and seemed to like them but then resorted to crawling again
And then worked at taking them off
Samantha can now take them off easily in the car while we're running errands. Hmmmm...

Oh how cute, and man do they learn fast.
My girls don't like to keep their socks on either. In fact, we have lost half a dozen in public so far including 1 sock from a very expensive set of Trumpette socks. They love to rip them off while in their strollers. And shoes...well, they don't stand a chance.

Holy Crap! Size 5!!! Brenna still wears one pair of 3's and the others are all 4's. Then again, your girls are probably outweighing her too. I don't remember if you posted their weights after the dr appt fiasco.
Liam and Brenna LOVE shoes....it means we are leaving the house. They will stand at the gate and yell, SHOES! SHOES!
Yep! Last time I had their feet measured they were 7 months old and measured sz 3.
Addison was 21lbs on the big kid scale and Samantha was 20.8lbs!
Yep! About the same weight. On my scale Brenna weighs anywhere from 20-22 pounds.
I was looking for a Valentine shirt and I realized she still fits in last years!
Thats cute, they'll get used to them. Don't need'em in the house anyway. They'll grow out of them before summer get's there and then you'll be looking for some Nike's or NB's or just plain ole "Go Fasters"
The girls are beautiful Cyn, you are both in some serious trouble when they are teenagers! Get a shotgun momma!

OMG I love Shoes! haha As you probably can tell I already put Graham in them now and again. Honestly he does usually go with just socks unless. They are getting so big. I miss the girls!
